Zoe Duong Pham is a Vietnamese-born, Chicago-bred, and London-based multidisciplinary artist working across film, digital illustration, animation, and painting. Her practice is rooted in storytelling, translating abstract emotions and thoughts into bold colour, fluid movement, and narrative world-building. Making work that invites audiences into intimate, embodied experiences of identity, memory, and connection.

Her work examines how self-expression, through fashion, music, and visual culture, can become a tool for agency, particularly in navigating inherited ideas of femininity, sexuality, and cultural belonging.  She disrupts cultural stagnation, creating emotionally charged, culturally resonant storytelling that invites reflection and change.

Zoe holds a background in animation and filmmaking from the Royal College of Art (London) and DePaul University (Chicago). Her films have screened internationally at festivals including BIT BANG, LIAF, VOID, Atlanta Film Festival, and Nashville Film Festival.

She collaborates with platforms and communities that prioritise cultural intelligence, experimentation, and meaningful engagement, using storytelling as a catalyst to connect, question, and shift perspectives.
